Spring Reopening Brightens Augusta True Value
July 02, 2018
A fixture in Fairfield, Virginia, since the mid-1960s, Augusta True Value held its grand reopening in April. Augusta’s board of directors and management team decided to remodel this 6,400 sq. ft. facility to "create symmetry between three of their branch stores and achieve more consistent product stocking and advertising,” explains retail division manager Brad Brown.
After remodeling three prior locations over the past four years, the owners were prepared to take on this project and are glad they followed through. The reset doubled Augusta True Value’s hardware selection to create a more complete store, and customers already appreciate the new merchandise that’s now being offered alongside the usual products. The grand reopening celebration included sales on a variety of True Value staples and Farm and Ranch items, as well as multiple giveaways. The Fairfield Fire Department was also on-site serving food and accepting donations.
Congratulations to the Augusta True Value team!
