A New Look for Pacific Industrial Hardware
November 20, 2017
Last weekend, Pacific Industrial Hardware True Value held a grand reopening in San Pedro, California. The newly remodeled facility spans 5,900 retail sq. ft. and features DTV elements.
True Value’s new store process convinced owner Sam Damji to begin offering DIY softlines like Home and Lawn and Garden, in addition to all the core hardware items, a large selection of fasteners, and Plumbing and Electrical. He was particularly impressed that Store Planning and Project Management performed beyond expectations throughout the remodel, addressing and resolving the few issues that arose promptly and efficiently.
At the November 17 opening event, San Pedro High School students sold hot dogs to raise funds for the Ladies Booster Club and vendor reps from Larsen Plumbing, Hillman Fasteners and National Spectrum Brands led product demos. The store also raffled away prizes including power tools and BBQ grills. Retail Consultant Kathleen Roswall and Paint Consultant Pat Ferraro attended on behalf of the True Value team.
Congratulations to Sam Damji and Pacific Industrial Hardware True Value!
