ELIGIBILITY

Suppliers must be certified as "diverse" to be recognized as part of True Value's Supplier Diversity Program. Certification can be obtained by demonstrating that the business is at least 51% owned and operated by a U.S citizen who qualifies for one of the designated minority categories.

Accepted certifications include:

  • Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE)
  • LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE)
  • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
  • Veteran’s Business Enterprise (VBE)
  • Veteran Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (V-DOBE)
  • Service-Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise (SDVBE)
